Classic Home TERMS and CONDITIONS

Opening Order - $2500 minimum      

Re-Order - $1500 minimum

Sorry, Classic Home CANNOT accept under-minimum orders - no exceptions


 
PAYMENT TERMS

Credit Card (VISA, MC, AMEX) - Important:  Payment will ALWAYS process on date of shipping.

         Net 30 upon credit approval (please provide credit sheet)

No credit card payments accepted for accounts paying on Net 30 terms (see above, Credit Card Terms)

         Important:  Orders will not process until a valid form of payment is established


SHIPPING   Please read carefully as you are agreeing to the following:

  • Lead Time is 8-12 weeks from date of Classic Home's receipt of order.  1-2 weeks is possible for orders with enough product to ship.
  • Classic Home will NOT accept "Must ship complete" requests.
  • All orders noted ASAP or AS READY will be shipped without notification.
  • Orders without an established, approved payment method will not be considered active. Merchandise will not be held.  It is a customer's responsibility to provide Classic Home with a guaranteed form of payment.
  • Credit card numbers must be provided at the time of the order - no exceptions.  If no number is provided, order will not be processed.
  • Classic Home is not responsible for any issues pertaining to receiving merchandise.  Any special receiving requests required by customer must be made in writing at the time of the order and forwarded to Classic Home.  
  • Customers will be invoiced for freight on any unauthorized returned shipments and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • Customers requesting re-shipping do so at their own cost for the new freight.
  • Customers requesting specific shippers may be required to pay for shipping charges upon receipt of goods (Freight Collect).  Certain freight companies for Classic Home will require freight collect payment.


    CLAIMS   

  • Upon receipt, if goods appear damaged do not refuse order. This will cause unnecessary expense and delay.  If you feel it is absolute necessary to do so, please make a note of the damage on the bill of lading provided by the shipper.  This helps resolve freight claims.  Also, your assistance in providing photographs and/or other evidence is much appreciated and will help expedite a solution.
  • All claims must be filed with the carrier immediately upon receipt of merchandise for exposed damage, concealed damage, or shortage.
  • Claims other than damage must be reported in writing to Classic Home within 7 business days from receipt of goods. 
  • No returns will be accepted without authorization from Classic Home.
  • Our liability of goods ceases once we receive a bill of landing from the carrier, which is evidence that the customer received the merchandise in good condition.
  • Will call claims: customers picking up orders MUST FULLY INSPECT PRODUCT upon pick up.  Classic Home relinquishes any responsibility for damages once a customer has picked their order.
